V&A Capital is proud to announce that it has hired Chuck Mills as Managing Director. Chuck will be based in V&A’s New York office and will be an integral part of originating, executing and monitoring investments.
Chuck previously founded FinIndustrial, a private equity firm which focused on transactions with a US and European cross-border element. Prior to FinIndustrial, Chuck was a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management, a $1.7 billion private equity firm based in New York.
Chuck has served on a number of boards during his career, including Transcraft Corporation, Flexstar Inc., Dalbo Holdings, Inc., Cutters Wireline Services, Inc., Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (and its affiliate, Peripheral Computer Support, Inc.) as well as others.
Chuck is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A. 1990) and Columbia University (M.B.A. 1997).
